Avoid this place! They have awful rates, worst I've ever seen. Euro Dollar is 1.1 and they exchange 1.25.
I just had a very unpleasant experience. The woman at the counter talked back to me and didn’t allow me to send money for no reason. I am very disappointed and I will not be a costumer at Ria Money Transfer again. I also cannot recommend the company to anyone as the employees were disrespectful and rude and decided to not let me send money even though I stayed calm and remained polite. I hope you talk with your employees and make sure they know how to talk to costumers in a polite way because this is unacceptable.

The new team sholud better perform like their Ex Mangager from greek i am their customer since 2014 and sending money he always send money on AOK card Or my driving Licence from Ghana and always Treated with Respect. Now they always need my passport neverthless they have copy and scanned in computer.They Rejected my transaction. Can sombody explain why there is two laws in same branch ?
