I am giving this place one star coz they gave me the change I needed. Pros: they can make a change on large bills like 500 and 200 . You can change your dollars to Euros and so on. Cons: commission is high. They charge you for breaking large bills too. The kicker: Poor poor poor attitude staff specially one female employee. It’s better to have robots work there than that lady working there. I have never seen someone with that much poor attitude. I am surprised she has a job. I raised the concern with another coworker but he was more understanding of her poor attitude. Be forewarned: Avoid this location at all cost unless you have no option. Zero star is warranted honestly and that is saying from someone who comes from the customer service industry in the United States.

I really don't understand what all the negativity is about. I have been there countless times to send and receive money, and recently even got one of their Mastercards. In my opinion they provide really good service and are very friendly and helpful. Maybe it's the negativity from within certain customers that bounces back off the window... just a thought.

Please avoid visiting ReiseBank in Germany! This currency exchange charges unexpected commissions taking advantage of travelers unfamiliar with the new environment. In my case the exchange price was 10% higher compared to the one displayed at the entrance (which was already 20% over the regular rate set by the markets worldwide). Visiting this place has been a lesson I will not forget making sure to exchange currencies way in advance.
