So my first time building a pc and after finishing it didnt work, So i went to those guys, they took my computer, 39 euro and told me to wait their phone call. So after two days of waiting i reviewed my motherboard manual and I realize I put some wires in wrong place (the reset/HDD light/on off) so i thought this obvious mistake can be solved in no time. Fast forward three weeks they still haven't called and when they finally called me to take it you think they would have fixed it... Nope those \specialists\ wrote that my motherboard is broken and i need to buy new one. Took my pc home, fixed the miss wiring and voala its working perfectly, thanks for taking my money and doing nothing. Would not recommend at all .

Also meine Absolute Empfehlung, wenn man wie ich keine Ahnung von Computern hat... Die Beratung war sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich wirklich Zeit für mich genommen und excellent beraten. Selbst bei der Schilderung meines Druckerproblems wurde mir eine sehr gute Lösung unterbreitet, die ich Dankend angenommen habe. 1. Laden den ich unterstützen werde und nicht mehr so viel bei anderen Onlinediensten bestellen. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen :)

Höflich, fachlich sehr Kompetent, auch in schwierigen Situationen wird hier geschafft, wo andere schon längst versagt / aufgegeben haben.Preis / Leistung stimmt zu 110%. Mein Notfall auf der Dienstreise wurde mehr,als nur zufriedenstellend gelöst und auch wenn ich weiter weg wohne.Werde ich den Service meiner Geräte jetzt nur noch dort abwickeln. DANKE Herr Kynast

Auftrag: PC-Reparatur. Offensichtlich war die Festplatte defekt. Neben der Fehlerdiagnose (49 ) versuchte man mit Nachdruck, mir eine Festplattensicherung (ca. 70 ) zu verkaufen. Ich lehnte ab. Prognostizierte Diagnose-Dauer: 6 AT. Nachfrage am 7. Tag: Dauert noch: Nachfrage am 9. Tag: Bin dran. Nach 14 Tagen und 3 weiteren (recht unfreundlich abgefertigten) Anrufen dann die ersehnte Diagnose: Festplatte defekt. Vielen Dank. Ich werde diesen Laden nicht mehr betreten.
