My laptop needed a keyboard and optic cable replacement. They were very helpful and took the laptop in the beginning of May. I had to wait a month since the spare parts took a bit of time to be delivered, but that is understandable and not in their control. I am very happy with the repairs. The new keyboard works great, as does my screen. I mostly dealt with Gregor, and he was very nice to interact with. They even kept the store open late so that I could pick up my laptop after work, since they knew I had been waiting for it for a while. I would definitely consult them again if I have any issues in the future.

I looked all over the city of Muenster for a computer repair service that would bother to fix a \vintage\ MacBook Pro. Guten Tag, ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle bei Wiemer Computer nochmals sehr herzlich bedanken!! Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber diese freundliche, spontane und fachkundige Unterstützung in einem Notfall möchte ich ins Netz stellen!! Ich bin selbständig und habe wie viele andere Selbständige keine Zeit mich um Computer und den damit zusammenhängenden Kram zu kümmern! Und nun habe ich endlich meine Unterstützung für diesen Bereich gefunden!! Mein Computer war mit Allem was dazu gehört zusammengebrochen!! Ich habe dann, auf Empfehlung, Wiemer Computer kontaktiert, und es wurde sofort aktiv reagiert und mein Problem war in kürzester Zeit gelöst und der Computer wieder arbeitsfähig! So ein Service und so eine Unterstützung (obwohl ich bestimmt den ganzen Tagesablauf durcheinander gebracht habe) habe ich in der heutigen Servicewüste Deutschland schon lange nicht mehr erlebt!!! Ich kann nur meine Empfehlung für alle kleinen Selbständigen aussprechen!!! Vielen vielen Dank!!!!
