I would like to recommend Lexus Bonn, I had a great experience with them, my windshield had a crack from the top all the way to the bottom (Lexus IS300h), I had a full replacement of it, in exchange I had a spare car (I only needed to fuel it back to full), a fair price for the replacement of the windshield and a great attention from the side of the guys who work there, even when I’m not a German speaker. Well done

Very bad experience. Not at all committed to the Lexus values. Incompetent as they charge over 1.000 for a diagnosis without determine result where the initial ECU error indicates clearly what is at fault. My home garage replaced the coil pack and solved the problem. Cost of one coil pack and 1h of work (diagnosis and repair). I informed service staff and management of my dissatisfaction. They couldn’t care less and wouldn’t even take card payment. User/customer experience below zero. Sadly I have to give one star minimum.
