Attention all native English speakers and/ or people who cannot speak german, I've been around the munich area seeking a vehicle and I must say a lot of dealerships lack courtesy, motivation and just being friendly. However, after dealing with Mr. Zink, he has been the salesman that was friendly' courteous, professional and above all helpful especially knowing my inability to speak german. I would recommend if you cant speak german to work with Mr.Zink. I gave it a four star because we had some minor issues, and I was hoping the car was washed when delivered' but aside from that, communication with Mr.Zink was excellent. I plan on buying more vehicles in the future from them. Thanks again to all the folks at toyota dealership for making it a pleasant experience.

Was here to buy a pair of strut supports for a Toyota Yaris trunk door. First they sent me away, it was Mittagspause, when I got back they needed the ownership to find the parts, after 10 minutes of research the getlman came back with a printout of the exploded parts around the trunk, he confirmed once again the parts I needed and than launched the price: 230 euros. I asked if that's a mistake, he said, no. Well I left and I bought both struts 10 minutes later for 16 euros from Amazon. I can't believe the dealer's price was actually 230 so all I can say is that the level of incompetence shown by the staff that served me was mind boggling!

Zwei mal mein Lexus zur Service gebracht, zwei mal was schief gelaufen. Bei ersten mal 1L zu wenig Öl in die Automatische Getriebe aufgefüllt - 3 mal zur Reklamation gewesen!! Bei zweiten mal Tür schlecht zusammen gebaut, dadurch Keyless ohne Funktionalität gelassen. Trotz Reklamation wurde gar nichts gemacht, auch niemals zurückgerufen!!! Beschwerde wird an Lexus Deutschland weiter geleitet. Hoffentlich wird da Partnerschaft von Lexus entfernt....
