I booked my trip to Greece with this company. At first I was skeptical with all the bad reviews but then I tried my luck. They asked me to confirm my flight max 2 days before the flying date so I called them and got my reference number to be able to check in online. They also confirmed my flight directly after purchase. Not sure why all the bad reviews. But I think for trips in Europe it's totally worth it to book with them, just make sure to call and confirm in case it was still a requirement.

DO NOT USE. Scam company. Charged us twice for a flight, we disputed it, they threatened legal action, we settled, and they then STILL pursued our original charge with our credit card company. And FYI: Their service is literally giving you a Word document printout—a voucher to be redeemed for the actual ticket once you arrive to the airport.
Booked a TUIfly flight via Involatus and was very worried after reading the reviews for Involatus. Their emails and the requirement to confirm your flight with them 48 hours before departure seemed pretty sketchy and when I tried to view the flight on the TUIfly website, it said that the booking had been cancelled. On the other hand, customer support was very quick to reply and a few days later I was able to log into TUIfly website and also check in online for the flight (didn't need their \voucher\). All in all things worked fine and it saved me 200 euros, so would book again with them if offered a good deal.
Do not trust these people with your money. They changed the destination of my flight two days prior to boarding without offering any alternative solution. I was forced to buy another ticket which they refuse to compensate.
Ticket booked with Involatus via E dreams. Flight got cancelled. After few emails and calls... Involatus finally paid back in 10 days. I have talked to understanding people. Unfortunately my money is still blocked by Edreams. Now the fight is with them.
