We stayed here on the opening weekend so a few finishing touches were to be expected but the staff dealt with any queries we had excellently. The conversion has been done beautifully and the staff were more than willing to share the building history. Rooms are huge and airy with amazing duvets. Didn’t eat in the hotel but the restaurant is in the old library and is worth a visit for a quick drink as it’s gorgeous. Hotel did a better rate direct than offered on booking.com

This is a fabulous hotel. The front desk staff made me feel welcome and built rapport with me from the first moment I stepped into the hotel. Even when I had a minor issue with my room, it was handled professionally and was quickly resolved. I had stayed plenty of times at the Steigenberger before, but never have I received this level of service as I did at Fraser Suites. The lobby had a very pleasant scent to it. The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. Only slight downside was that there was no view from the room.
Amazing hotel friendly stuff and an excellent atmosphere. We also get a small arrangement (special pillows, water and food bowls, small toy) for our dog. Breakfast in corona tims is prepared directly for you at a table before you arrive in the restaurant based on your orders from the evening before. (picture attached) This kind of coming to a well prepared breakfast table is amazing and I would love to see this option also after the end of corona restrictions.
We were there 2 nights, all was perfect. However, breakfast for Euro 36 is rather expensive. Setback, no parking on site. A new Hotel, just new,,could have also 1 or 2 parking decks or an underground parking. If not that, may be a discount deal with a parking house close by ?

Love this new hotel in Hamburg. My company has just added Fraser Suites to our preferred hotel listing. The rooms are extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The décor of the restaurant is Art Deco and the food is delicious. Highly recommend this hotel if you are next in Hamburg.
They advertise as 5 star. My opinion is more 3.5. Probably still trying to sort themselves after recent opening.
This place is very lovely and the staffs are extremely helpful, but.... I lost some money here while eating breakfast. I put the money on my bag, i even pushed the “do not disturb” button. I want to report it but after looking around i don’t see any cctv around the hallway (maybe because it is an old building). So i think this hotel has some security issues
