Avevo prenotato per un soggiorno a maggio 2020, Purtroppo a causa del COVID mi è stato impossibile recarmi a Dusseldorf in quanto la Germania non consentiva gli ingressi e tra l'altro in quei giorni la struttura risultava chiusa. Ho chiesto di ottenere un voucher, NON UN RIMBORSO, da poter usufruire il prossimo anno (febbraio 2021) Mi è stato risposto di NO. Per la cronaca si trattava di 118....Posso permetterli di spenderli nuovamente ma presso B&B o Hotel più seri.
