Extremely helpful communicating via email regarding passport services (especially helpful for Canadians in Germany living too far away to visit the embassy in Berlin). Went above and beyond helping us get a emergency temporary passport for our infant. Those complaining about the hours, they are for consular/visa services. If you require immediate assistance, contact the embassy directly via phone or email and they will help you.

Extremely disappointed! I lost my passport so I needed to replace it. They make absolutely NO effort to be thorough or helpful to Canadians. Their approach is to do as little as possible. They are open only 3 hours per day, and they don't clearly state the time on the website or on the recording. They don't communicate; they don't give you the proper information; they waste your time.
