My boyfriend and I applied for a normal visa recently. Honestly due to the Covid-19 I was skeptical about everything but we still applied anyway because the embassy was open.After submitting our documents we didn't hear from the embassy which was quite worrying but three weeks later,we checked the website and they had approved the visa and given a collection date.Surprisingly,they posted his passport to his home address before the scheduled collection date. P.S: you are better off getting a reply from messaging or emailing through the website than calling them .They barely answer calls but it's not bad because they will reply to your message through the application portal.They replied to our message we sent through the online application site
They are very unreliable and they also miss the fact that they are here to serve the people.
I went to the embassy on the 15 of September to do passport till now I've not gotten the passport,if you call them then they will talk to you anyhow they want like the passport is for free. Please do your work well bcos we are in Europe and learn how to talk to people because you people are educated..God will ask you all
I have not been home for 4 years and the welcoming experience was worth my journey there.I completely felt at home. The staff was very helpful with my issues and I was even treated with a good Ghanaian meal. Thank you very much and God Bless you all.
