Thank you all for giving such bad reviews :). I was really afraid after reading so much bad reveiws, that what will happen to me when I will there. The condition has been improved in the office. Now there is a security standing outside and will allow you only if you have a valid reason for visiting the office. From my point of view, I think, if it's foreign office, the staff should speak a foreign language, at least English. One suggestion: Do not believe the staff who are on phone (If you call them and ask something), because the suggestion could be completely opposite from actual.

They have the worst appointment system possible, one has to wait in a room for a device that gives away appointment tickets every half or one hour and on the opening every person in the waiting room has to attack his way through to get a ticket, injustice and belittling are evident even as one wants to get an appointment. But why such an unpractical system? Why?

Es ist mir nicht möglich, 3 Monate lang anzurufen und niemand zu antworten. Ich habe über 20 E-Mails gesendet, auf die niemand geantwortet hat. Sie haben einmal angerufen und erneut die falschen Informationen angegeben. Ich kann es nicht glauben. Ich habe dich sogar 27 Mal am Tag angerufen, um einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Und wieder antwortete niemand. Lustig!!
