Very bad experience with the people sitting their. Never guide properly what they actually want. Just say yes we accept it or no we don't. I am trying to submit one form which they want from November 2019 and now it's January 2020. I am student in Germany and still they are not dealing properly. I arrange that form which they said they need it but still not accepting it for driving licence and i almost spend 200 and now they said if i don't submit it till 10/01/2020 my all process will lost. Even though I am having the document they are not accepting it and not even telling what they actually want. Just reply This is not what we need from last one month.

I was living in Berghaupten and we have been always served in a good and respectful manner. Waiting time it depends but usually from 10 to 25min. At that time you could go in the working hours without an appointment but for some services you need to request it in advance.

This Girl who is working in the driving license office is not for that work,now i know why Germany is taking so much workers from other countries,she knows nothing about the German rules and rights of work,is terrible young Germans are making Germany like Tajikistan no rules no kindness.Shame on you lady I am waiting for my driving license for 7 months to be translated and she don't knows that she has just 3 months to do that job with German laws.If you guys don't protect your Laws who is going to do it.

Meistens sind die sehr freundlich und ein paar gibt es schon, die einfach sehr unfreundlich und unhöflich sind. Die denken nur die wissen alles und mehr gibt es gar nicht (gesetzlich). Meiner Meinung nach sollten wir mehr Trainingsrundgänge erhalten. Mindestens unsere Abteilungsgesetze sollten wir 100 % kennen, damit wir die Kundenzufriedenheit erhöhen können.
