Bad experience, rude employee. Reifen.com completely messed up my order. I have tried to buy a wheels,. however after submitting the form, I did not receive any confirmation. The employee in the office said me that it is an error in the system and such wheels do not exist at all. So eventually I have bought them in the another store. After three weeks they called me again and said that my wheels are delivered! And if I do not want to buy them, I have to pay for the order cancellation.

This is the splendid place to change your tires. I had a tire problem and they changed it the same day from stock within 15 minutes by 16:45. The staff is friendly, and competent. There is a waiting room and you can wait for your car to be ready.
