I have ordered a part from the shop and my card was charged quickly. Three days after i checked in to see if the part shipped as i never received anything. I was told that the part was getting ready to be shipped and that was it. One week later i checked in again and they told me that the shipping company could not read the label and denied the shipment. What is strange is that i never received shipped email notification and my order in their system never changed to shipped. I believe that they dont have any parts in stock and the way it works is that once the part is ordered, they outsource it and see if they can ship it to the customer, so i believe that they never had my part in stock. Also their site says shipping within 3-4 days and then express shipping to EU but after waiting for over a week the order was cancelled and the part was ordered from another shop. If you dont mind waiting few weeks for the part the shop might be good, but if you are in the hurry or expect any sort of communication, its a hard no for any future orders.

Don't understand the bad rating. I ordered some unique trim parts for my 2006 Z4 which arrived in the UK from Germany in exactly 1 week. Yes, the website isn't perfect and some of the delivery emails were in German, but the prices were less than Ebay (used parts), and the online 'catalogue' of OEM parts is incredible and has no UK equivalent. Will definitely be using again.

made an order with urgent shipping to EU country, the delay is unacceptable, the mechanic is still waiting for the parts, and the worst of all, they don't even respond when used their contact form. order number was on my message.
