I stumbled upon a very incapable receptionist. She had no idea what she was doing, constantly asking around for instructions and when I told her that she is making an appointment for the wrong check-up she became aggressive, and told me that this is how they do things and that I should leave if I don't like it. Ofc I had told her I had done 3 similar check-ups before and this is the 4th and has to be done exactly the same as the previous ones. I had no one to reason with, so I left and went to another hospital where they did the right appointment and understood exactly what is needed. Bottom line, avoid the radiology section of this hospital. You have so many other options in the city where you will be treated with respect, by capable people, that it would be a shame to waste your time here.

Großartiges Team perfekte Arbeit. Vom den Damen am Empfang zu den radiologisch technischen Assistentinnen bis zum Radiologen. Super freundlich, hilfsbereit und absolut kompetent. Für alle Fragen blieb genug Zeit. Hier findet der Idealismus statt, welcher leider häufig in der kassenärztlichen Medizin fehlt. Fast schon Sozialromatik welche einen hier beschwingt. Vielen Dank für ihre großartige Arbeit.

Ich war wirklich positiv überrascht wie viel Zeit sich der Arzt für mich genommen hat. Ich habe bei meiner letzten Untersuchung das Kontrastmittel nicht vertragen, bin aber auf weitere Untersuchungen angewiesen, weshalb wir jetzt ein anderes ausprobieren werden.
