Excellent Museum with lots of historic things to see. Entrance price is affordable. If you like to see model samples of kitchen, kings' courtyard, ancient living areas, this place is for you as there are many intricate models here.
Wonderful wedding hosted here in beautiful lakeside venue.
Currently without information written in English (German only), the museum nevertheless kept me occupied for a couple of hours, looking at original rooms,armoury,chapel and furnishings, together with archaeology, artworks and religious and town artifacts in basement and on several floors. Outside, the museum has more items displayed in a garden with excellent panorama over town and lake. Would possibly suit junior-school children and older ... with patient parents !
