Sofa bed had mulitiple large stains on delivery. Our responsibility to clean it apparently. One stain came out. Days later we are still waiting for the company to respond about the stain that had not come out. It would be a mistake to buy anything here considering the abysmal customer service. Who wants to spend a lot of money for a piece of furniture that is basically secondhand? Ikea is right next store and at least takes customer complaints seriously. A rough summary of all the German reviews here would be: We didn't buy anything but the place looked nice - award five stars We actually bought something - give one star and never again Bottom line 4 stars
