We went to the shop five weeks ago and spent almost an hour with a sales assistant, in order to configure/buy a TV shelf. Thiex were supposed to send us a quote but never did! My advice: shop elsewhere with a business where they care about their customers and follow up in due course. Do not waste your time! There are better options out there.

I bought my kitchen there, they came to install it in March, a few panels were not right and had to be ordered again, this happened again the following time (after a few months of patience) in total it took until October to get the kitchen finished and I had to call them several times to get some news, it was always like they had forgotten about me. They said they had problems getting the material but It was very difficult to get any updates and delivery dates and my case followed up by someone. I’m not complaining about the final quality of the product but the delay to get it installed and the attention to the customer after the sale was a disappointment.

Durch eine Empfehlung, kaufte ich meine Küche bei der Firma Thiex. Die Küche wurde vor über 5 Monaten montiert, allerdings sind die restarbeiten immernoch nicht erledigt. Nach mehreren anrufen, wo mir mitgeteilt wurde dass der zuständige Verkäufer nicht da sei wurde ich mit einem anderen Verkäufer verbunden. Hier stellte sich nach über 3,5 monaten raus dass die fehlenden Teile noch garnicht bestellt sind, dies aber nun schnellstmöglich erledigt wird. Laut dem Verkäufer haben die Teile ca. 2 wochen Lieferzeit. Dieses Telefonat ist nun fast 2 Monate her und seitdem habe ich auch nichts mehr von der Firma Thiex gehört.

Am 25.11.20 hat die Fa Thiex bei uns eine neue Abzugshaube der Fa Siemens sehr schief und krumm montiert. Bei der Anpassung und der Montage wurden alle Einzelteile zekratzt und es entstanden einige Dellen. Außerdem hatte ein Monteur den Mund- Nasenschutz dauernd unter der Nase, obwohl ich vorab bereits bei der Fa Thiex darum gebeten hatte, doch bitte die Maseken zu tragen, da meine ganze Familie zu den gefährdeten Personen gehört. Ich werde bei der Fa Thiex wohl nicht mehr einkaufen.
