I must say, pretty nice and relaxed service teams here. Friendly and open minded. Fit me in despite the week-long waiting list. I guess there was a no show. They take their time, design your kitchen, living room, bath, etc. For free and you can take all home, log in from home and redesign and play around. Why is this special. Every other store I went to the designs were kept secret. No print outs or anything given, unless you place an order. How can you truly design then? You must succumber to the law of the mighty store. Thank goodness not for this Ikea, which got my business! Thank you. I'm exited and looking forward to receiving my personalized kitchen and living room. BTW, they come to you and laser measure the kitchen for free too. Truly royal service.

Always nice to go there.. easy and fast click and pickup area. Helpful staff. Good range of products. They seem to have better availability when you check online for products.

I order a chair, pay extra for fast delivery. Two weeks after they cancel delivery a day before it supposed to arrive. This is not even the beta online shop startup level (I don't want to offend startups, pre-seed level startup) of an organization. I order a chair, a chair, not one airplane.
