The salesman in the kitchen sales area was very helpful, we chose our kitchen and gave over 4 months notice. Two weeks before it was due we received a date when it was supposed to arrive, a Monday. The day before we ripped out the old kitchen completely so that installation could begin when they were due to arrive 0730-0800, but at 0815 we received a phone call from dispatch telling us the delivery would be delayed until Thursday. That meant we had to order lunch every day at a cost of over 200. I complained about this and received a small offer of compensation which came nowhere near to our expense. The fitters arrived on Thursday and spent 14 hours putting in the kitchen. Unfortunately the next day we noticed water on the wall. Even though we had marked the rough position of the drain from the upstairs flat, the fitter had drilled a hole through it. We contacted the customer service (who doesn’t seem to know what service means). She told us that the fitters weren’t from Turflon, but were a subcontractor, so we had to contact them. To cut a long story short, it took four weeks until the upstairs sink and bath could be used safely. The subcontractors insurance told us to contact a local firm for a quote, but then they gave the repair contract to a firm who repaired it using a method which our local firm weren’t prepared to try. We have been contacted twice by our local firm who sent us a bill for the work estimate. Now it seems that we will have to pay 150 for the estimate. Customer “service” at Turflon are totally uninterested. I can recommend the salesman and the goods, but would never recommend the after sales service!!!

A very big furniture store with lot's of choices, decoration and a big kitchen sale place, a very nice Restaurant with great food, the prices for the food is very tasty and not overpriced, actually it is value for your money.... Saturday it is always very busy in Restaurant... Also a wee coffee shop downstairs as well, you even can buy your newspapers at Turflon. And there is a discounter shop attached. Well worth a visit.
