personal experience，the waitress doesn't serve well when the customers enter the shop and the food was slightly below average，but the takoyaki was good...i would say. Anyway the environment was good and the price is reasonable.

Delicious food, I have been here countless times and never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and efficient, the manager (Mr. Lai?) is always speedy and greets everyone with a smile.

Food was good, but poor service. The waitress pretend did not see us and ignore us. When we first ordered the food, I requested for hot water but the waitress refused to give us. Then I explained that we don't mind paying for hot water, perhaps if she could get us some tea water without tea. Then she said if we order tea, must have tea in it. I guess much more training needed for the waitress. Manager was not very helpful either.

It's a very nice restaurant. Food is cheap and tasty. The service is also fantastic. Oh I wish I live in Dusseldorf.

We came for dinner at the end of the dinner service but despite this fact the team working there were very helpful and patient as we went though the 100 page menu. Food was fantastic and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended!!!
