Amazing Japanese restaurant - one could be forgiven for thinking this is an old desolate shack given its facade! Only those in the know go. Can’t wait to get back here and have another night to remember. Always crowded, always awesome!

One of my favourite restaurants. Very good service and incredibly tasty food! I have the feeling that, unlike many Asian restaurants, the dishes are not fitted to what Germans are used to. I enjoy the exotic and refined flavour of many foods here.

Fancy a bit of a NY Meatpacking District experience in Berlin’s old-world Charlottenburg?! You’d have to reserve a table about a month in advance to get a table at the 893, but the wait it well worth it... After being sitted you will realise Mrs. Corona was left outside (they don’t observe the 1.5m regulations too closely here and the place is quite packed..) All the dishes are very well executed and deserts were excellent. Service could definitely be improved (we waited over 15 minutes for our drinks while the starters kept pouring in..) but all in all a very good evening, with prices reaching closer to nearby London or distant NY than frugal Berlin..

893Ryōtei deserves the hype! This is definitely the best Fine Dining Japanese restaurant in Berlin. The atmosphere is stylish and the show kitchen is a great plus. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. Our highlight was the miso cod and their Samba Steak. I cannot put into words how delicious it was! 4.5 stars. Kind of hard to spot....I walked up and down the street a few times looking for it bc it’s just not obvious, but that’s part of the charm, I guess. The little tacos are amazing. The asparagus tempura was a bit undercooked but still really good. Fantastic, accommodating staff. Fab gin & tonic.
