I was in your Shop in Büdesheim , yesterday the 28th of November. I was interested in purchasing a \Lattenrost\ that I could pack directly in my small car, for immeadiate use. Upon entering the store , I got so confused , even though my German is good ( just not my written German...) I just cpuldn't find what I was looking for , at a price I was willing to spend. I almost walked out, empty handed , when a very helpful and polite collegue asked me if she could help. I was so frustrated by that time , I almost sent her away , but she was so friendly , I found myself telling her what I needed. She went into the storeroom and came out with exactly what I needed. Without her help , I would not have purchased anything. I hope the management will praise this employee personally. I left the shop a happy and very satisfied customer , and I look forward to my next visit there. I do not know this womans name , but perhaps you can trace her through my Belegnr... number 9696. She did mention that she works in two different Dänischer Bettenlager shops. Perhaps that will help.
