we were visiting hamburg for the first time and needed some euros for holiday. the store was full and in spite of that everything went perfect. the personal was very friendly. we also buy the city passes wich you can use for public transport. no fees or charges for anything. thank you to the nice woman who served us. greetings from iceland :)
