Unfortunately, Aeroflot became one of the worst air companies. First, a few months ago, they were publishing misleading flight information. Actually, they were selling tickets for non-existing flights. Second, now they have invented corona test requirements even for transit passengers information about which is not readily available on their website. You need to spent time to find this information. Instead of the test information which is the most important, in the booking confirmation they advise you to wear a face mask. Many people could not get to the flight because they were unaware of this requirement. Such a practice is not in compliance with the fair commercial practice of the EU.

Very poor performane! My flight from Frankfurt to Moscow was delayed so I couldn't catch my connecting flight to Hanoi. The ONLY alternative was to go by Korean Air 6 hours later via Seoul where I had to wait additional 4 hours there to get to the final destination. All connecting flights inside Vietnam and Laos are lost - 350 for nothing than a \Sorry\! I'm done with Aeroflot, never again! But thanks for the ridiculous 20 voucher - I don't give a f**k!

Das ist der Letzte Gurkenverein!!!!! Ich warte jetzt schon seit 16 Tagen auf meinen Koffer!!!! Die sind nicht in der Lage mir den Koffer nach zu schicken. Alle Formulare habe ich ausgefüllt! Mein Russischer Arbeitskollege telefoniert täglich mit Aeroflot und fragt nach. Aber selbst er wird nur hingehalten. Mal ist der Koffer in Frankfurt und ein anderes mal ist er in Moskau! Er fliegt hin und her!!! Das ist ein Unzumutbarer Zustand... Eingendlich 5 minus Sterne... Eine Sauerei sowas..... Bin schwer enttäuscht von Aeroflot....
