We have been there at least 6 times along almost 2 years and we don't recommend it at all. There are different “doctors” to attend you, every time you go you talk to a different one and they don't even read the historic information which is in the system. They seem to ignore what was already tested/done and keep repeating the same exams, like who are playing dices. They also think they are doing a favor to the customers. They don't know how to investigate further and insist to do inseminations. Far to be professionals. Being attended by different doctors, they also contradict each other, saying things totally different from the last appointment. If you argue about that, they get annoyed and already told us with these words "you are the ones who want a child, not me". During one of the appointments, with an scheduled time, we had to wait at the reception for 2 hours when then someone came to us asking to confirm our names... Besides, the most important characteristic that a medical professional should have: humanism and ability to deal with people - things that do NOT make part of their vocabulary either. Fortunately we have found other clinic with the necessary competency to work with this subject. Avoid this place and save your time, patience and health.

Sehr nette und einfühlsame Ärzte! Auch bei Notfällen erreichbar gewesen ! Ich kann das ganze Team nur weiter empfehlen, wir haben uns super aufgehoben gefühlt! Auf Termine mussten wir nie lange warten, ob es das Erstgespräch oder die Folge Termine waren! Nach 4 Jahren Kinderwunsch sind wir an unseren Ziel angekommen! Vielen Dank

Ich habe den Termin 2 Monate gewartet, wir war eingekommen, der Personal war sehr unfreundlich, unverständlich, nervös und negativ. Den Termin haben wir abgesagt wegen Personal. Du kommst mit Problemen, und Ihr macht noch dazu Stress.
