AVOID AVOID AVOID , unbelieveble, I went to the emergency room at 1.30 at night. At reception i have told to the guy i don;t have air and he told me to go out and wait between the doors where the hot air curtain is and wait there for thr doctor. After about 5 minutes a\ doctor\ arrived and ask what is my problem.i have told him i don;t breath good and have some COVID19 simptoms(No smell and test) after that he told me he do not do test there. i ask him how is this so?it is not emergency room? he told me to go in the morning to a \Haus ARZT\. I told him i am not German i am transiting Germany in a business trip. \THE Doctor\ then told me to go to another Hospital, i ask \WHY?\ He told me i can only do some tests on me and after 2 our is gone relese me.I sad ok do me test to see what is wrong.HE sad again \NO i see you are ok.\ we have a chat about 5 minutes , and tell me to go to to a spital in the near CAritas ....and something.I tell him to write down the adress on the paper (he dosen't want to do so he tell me no, write yourself the adress direct on your phone app) After 10 minutes i have left the Emergency ROOM(between doors) and i was driving about 5 minutes and i have felt i can breath again.i have stoped the car on the side of the road and opened the windows and i have stayed there (also Police Car stoped near me and ask me why i stay there, i told i don;t have air and COVID simptoms)they go back in the car and said \GUTE BESSERUNG\about5 a clock I have fall a sleep at the morning on driver seat until 6 a clock in the morning and i went there to another Hospital. Here they found in 1 minute i can breath normally it was (O2 saturation 87) .I am still in Hospital with well treatment. I can not believe in GERMANY 2020 , like EU citizen in a University Hospital you can go at night and expect to be well treatment. SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME on this doctors.

This is a good hospital and the staff was really friendly. My reasons for 4 out of 5 are: - that the food is ok, but it can't compare with the Caritas Krankenhaus Josef's. - the way one of the doctors explained the possibility of having to go to the hospital again for another round of therapy. He stated \You better be ready to go back in the hospital for another round of therapy and / or operation. In case you don't have to you'll be happy....\ This was lacking sensibility on the doctors side.

God i cant day enough bad stuff about this place overall super uncomfortable felt like no one cared including staff.
