We came during open hours that were stated on their own website and they were closed! Amazing that a U.S. Government facility would allow their offices to close on hour earlier than there stated time at 5pm. You are a government facility; have self-respect and fix your incorrect times on Google and your website. We travelled 1.5 hours for nothing.

Hilarious-- we, along with everyone else visiting the consulate for various reasons, had been emailed the day before that \due to technical difficulties\ they had to move all of our appointments earlier. The employees there basically just wanted to end their workday early, as it was clearly evident during our in-person exchange to get our passports copied. They might have the best/cushiest job in the world! Do they even know how far some of us need to travel to get here?
Everyone was extremely courteous especially considerate answering every question & easing any anxiety.
Visited on various occasions, finishing paperwork and documents was easy and fast. 4 stars due to the slow email replies and it's almost impossible to get them on the phone.
Don't know how to reach the embassy as they don't pick up the phone and all online appointments are already taken/they don't offer any appointments for next month (due to Corona?) Is there any mailing address so I can get the help I need?
