I had a good experience at Munich consulate , staff was very understanding , she help me to get few missing document from my place before office closes and allow me to present then again which help me to utilize my appointments, else the next appointed were 30 days later (even during COVID situation ), Also I saw few family Turing up without appointments however assessing their situation and helped the to get serviced .. but I would recommend to have appointment and then visit ... This can be improved .. 1) there should be facility of paid print outs . 2) the photocopy machine should be fixed . As these two are basic services at all such location/ service/ office . Overall very good !!
Quick and efficient work if the documents are well prepared. The people are friendly and the experience on the small program arranged on 15th Aug and 26th Jan is pretty good.
I was in the Indian embassy Munich two weeks before for getting an affidavit endorsed . I was not clear with the steps but everything was clearly explained by the lady staff at the counter and she was very supportive. All the process was quickly finished and the service was very friendly and top. My experience at the Embassy was very positive. There were many people who have come there without going through the website details and she has to explain the options and missing things in addition to her duties. I would definitely say she handled it all very well , not only to me but also to others as well.
I had a very pleasant experience in Indian embassy at Munich. The lady staff in the counter was very courteous and friendly. She helped and guided my passport application and was swift in her action. Many thanks and hope they continue this service in future.
