I had my first skiing course ever here, the teachers are really talented!! They were patient and also encouraged me a lot. I’m not originally from Germany and they could also offer me the class in English. I highly recommend it for total beginners, but also if you want to improve your skiing skills. Also, all the teachers around were very careful with the children at the different courses and kept an eye on them :) It was a very nice experience..!

This was a great and easy experience from renting skis to taking ski lessons. I was very happy with my instructor, who was both nice and quite competent at his craft. The staff helped me custom tailor my gear just right for me, which made the day even more enjoyable. Thank you for teaching me how to ski!

It's better to ask for little help if you can't speak German. The staff only speaks German but she is quite friendly. And the coach Tom who taught us snowboard is super friendly and patient. He helps us who is not German speaker a lot.

Very bad experience, one of the employees is unfriendly,rude,racism. We wait in the line for 20mins, when it is our time to book the class, she ingores us, treated us like u wait u suckers ! She ruined our holiday there! On the website they shows their warm smile in reality they are really unfriendly and unhelpful. She supposed to send me an apology email, it has been a week i haven’t got yet. As I said in the shop: I am sorry for the Germany! and you stop racism!
