I had an appointment at 12.20 and I was being asked to be there before 15 minutes, but unfortunately it was break time from 11.20 to 12.20, I believe this should be added to the mail we receive once we schedule the appointment. I reached the place at 12 pm and I had to wait till 12.20 there, as it was break time. And you will not be able to enter the building itself till your turn comes. The place is very small and somewhat tough to identify. Surprisingly there is neither waiting near nor a rest room (wash room). At 12.20 I was able to get inside, I waited near to the reception area ( left side). Make sure that you have arranged all of your papers well, as per the checklist. Once the initial checking is done, you will be asked to fill a form where you need to mention the address where you need to get the passport delivered. Later an official will call you by your name, you should go to that specific counter. He/she may or many not ask you any questions related to your travel. Once that is done, you need to wait for your biometric verification which will done in a few minutes usually. That's it the entire process is smooth and efficient. Later, you will be getting some mails regarding your application. Wish you good luck.
that was great serviced for visa applicitaion.the martin is best person .speacilly all the people are very frendly .
This is the worst experience that we have ever had! We booked an appointment for the 1st of November, it got approved, we paid the service fee and everything, then we travelled to Munich for 2 hours and we learnt that the office is CLOSED!! No warning no information on their website! And to get this information, you have to wait for someone else to open the ground floor entrance and you have to climb the stairs to see this small note sticked to the door!!! This is unbelievable!!! Do NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE!
