Traveled all the way from another part of the city (during pandemic time) just to discover this note on the door. I have checked their website in the morning before heading to the appointment, but there was no information about closing of this specific office whatsoever. Obviously, I have not received an email from them stating that my appointment has been cancelled either. Unbelievably terrible service, especially considering the high fee. Absolutely unacceptable. Please note this if you have an appointment in the nearest days.

I don't understand who's giving this place 5 stars. It's such a scam and money-making racket. All slots cost money and they aren't concerned with making the process easy or comfortable - unless you are willing to pay an extortionate fee. It's incredulous to me that the UK government outsouces their visa process to such an incompetent, inhuman company. The actual staff in the visa centre are kind and professional. It's the company as a whole and the terrible website designed to make a simple process as difficult as possible that I take issue with.

The employees at this center were lovely, but the prices are a complete scam. The website is unclear on what you actually need to purchase— self service should be perfectly fine for most people, so don't fall into the trap of buying all the extra services. Also if you have to make a copy or scan, don't think you have to pay 50c a page to use their machine—run down the street to a different copy place where they charge 8c a page. Total rip off.
