Incredible experience. The noodles and soup are a masterful symphony of flavors, without one false note. Perfectly crafted creations. It might have been the best bowl of ramen I had in my life. With every spoon and bite of noodles I tried to memorize the flavor. Would definitely recommend. I had the karaage tantan men, by the way.

I lived 16 years in Taipei, Taiwan (Little Tokyo) former Japanese colony, with my Taiwanese wife and visited Sapporo for skiing. This is authentically Sapporo style ramen. Thank-you to their owner for opening this place. They deserve to franchise across Europe. Their fried chicken bites and takoyaki are excellent too.
I love the food and the place. One of the best ramen places in town. I come here quite usually. The service is always very quick and pleasant. Portions are huge! The taste is always amazing. I tried classical one, takumi special and surf&turf. All are delicious and so meaty! The pruces are a bit high, but for the portion and taste quite justified.

Nice store in downtown, usually quiet busy here so prepare to wait. I can recommend the Surf&Turf Ramen
