My cousin and his girlfriend volunteer here. It was such a nice touch to ride the old streetcar down to the museum, and to see the number 15 (which is the line that brought me to my family's street). I appreciate that the information was presented in German and English.

Beautiful tram museum, all old trams are well maintained. Usually less crowded. Good thing about this museum is that, one can go inside the older trams in museum and also go on a tram ride around the city for 4.5 euros. Entry fee is 5 euro, which i felt is little overpriced, 3 euro would have been perfect.

Very interesting. Most information in English as well as German. Best to visit on Sunday since you can also ride on a vintage tram through the city.

Very cool little museum with trams running on the historic line(s) on a Sunday. Entry fee is reasonable and you can get a combo ticket for the tram rides and museum entry. I understand they are going through some renovations at the moment and that one of the historic lines is not operational (I would recommend looking in advance on their website), but what they have on display is so amazingly well kept by the dedicated staff who volunteer here. Seriously, a big kudos to everyone who keeps these vehicles in tip top shape! You can buy books and models in the front of the museum; SSB models were available for purchase when I was there.
