Great place for families! You have pony rides for kids (between 1 and 4pm), forest hikes, rolling green hills (we visited late August/early September), great food (local cheese and meat platters, sausage grills, taste flambe) and beer/cider! All on offer at this great location!

Genuine old black forest farmhouse and country pub. Excellent local \Vesper\ food, friendly service, run by the Duffner family for three generations. Great for a drink or some food after a walk. If you have more time, book a tour of the old farmhouse, our buy some genuine black forest ham.
We went there for horseriding. We did an 1,5 hour trail which included trot and gallop. The horses were calm and steady. You really can enjoy the beautiful surroundings this way. The instructor was nice and had a good and fun way of taking us through the black forrest. Afterwards it is possible to drink or eat something. If you have any doubts of going: don't doubt, just go and enjoy a really great activity!
