Best service ever. I bought a pair of chukka boots in Munich store but somehow after few days, I realize it was cracked. At that moment I was in Amsterdam and the guy in Munich help me to call Amsterdam store and arrange a new replacement for within an afternoon. Then I just go to Amsterdam store and pick it up, they even offer a delivery if I move to other country. Just love them.

I have two pairs from Red Wing München and wish I could give this store more than 5 stars. The service provided by both Simon and Karl on my most recent purchase was one of the best experiences I've had shopping. They were both very patient with all of my questions, helpful in making sure the sizes of models I wanted to try were available on the days I would visit, and extremely thoughtful in their suggestions. Having also visited some of the US stores, I can comfortably say that this store is superior.
