One of the best eye doctor I visited in germany. Dr. Stappler treated my condition (complicated condition ) professionally, she did all the necessary tests to diagnose my condition, and explain clearly what was my situation and how to treat it. Unlike many other doctors, Dr. Stappler spent a decent amount of time explaining and treating my condition. She has a many modern eye test devices that I seen for the first time in an eye doctor clinic. Her staff are also kind and friendly, I didn't wait for long time to see the doctor. After 5 minutes i was in the doctor office. My overall impression is excellent and I find Dr Stappler and her staff kind and professional people and I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Stappler is professional, knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. Dr. Stappler treats our whole family. She is patient, taking the time explain the eyes and their health in clear way, and why our eyes change as we grow older. The reception desk staff and the support staff are very personable, helpful and good with children. Overall, an excellent experience. Very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend the practice.

Frau Stappler kann ich nur empfehlen. Sie operiert selber in der Augenklinik und berät sehr gut. Habe schon mehrere Patientinnen begleitet, denen schnell und gut geholfen wurde. Sie ist eine der Wenigen, die auch Termine zügig vergibt, dafür muß man halt eben Wartezeiten in Kauf nehmen. Das Wichtigste ist, ihre Kompetenz konnte ich bis jetzt nicht in Frage stellen. Dafür danke.

3 mal mit der Ärztin telefoniert und 3 mal unfreundliches Verhalten. Bin wortwörtlich geschockt vom letzten Telefonat, wie unverschämt und asozial die Ausdrucksweise der Ärztin ist. Schock. Unvorstellbar das es so Ärzte gibt. Verdient keinen einzigen Stern. SPRACHLOS!
