I booked courses with Neue Skischule for the last three years now. A group course for my girlfriend, one private teacher (1 day) just for me and twice a private teacher (1 day) for my girlfriend and me. I was very happy with the service every time and would definitely book again. I unfortunately don’t remember the names of the previous teachers, but this year’s teacher Hannes was great. As agreed, he mainly focussed on my girlfriend with advanced beginner skills. However, he also found the time to provide very valuable tipps to me as an intermediate skier. Gave us both a good base for improving our skills during our ski trip.

Read through as both positive and negative. Booked through Check Yeti for 3 adults & 2 kids separately. I rang in advance and was told to be at the place for around 8:30am. We arrived and it took a long time to get fitted, we had to ask for the helmets & poles and eventually get them ourselves (never been skiing before). Then we thought that there would be a shuttle bus from school, but then with asking many people we had to get a bus from there to Bahnhofplatz, change and then another bus up to söllereck. It felt like we had to extract the information ourselves, so naturally we arrived late for the lesson that we had booked for. When we got to the slopes, even more fun, we were all in a group together when I had booked separate lessons for the kids. This was very stressful now as the kids needed to be learning separately. I found the director quite arrogant when trying to explain the situation even though I had the booking confirmation on my phone.I was sat in the hut for half an hour while things went on and nobody keeping me up to date, not nice, lost time on mountain.... The positive side - day 2, the kids went with Jasmine who was fantastic with the kids and they learnt a lot in that one day. I didn’t bother with my second day of lessons and chose to just have fun and teach myself on second day. Mixed feelings really, not the best experience but I do think it was a very busy week, the staff in Oberstdorf were really nice & in the end my kids had a great time learning, so it worked out well in the end. I’m sure they’re great here, my experience was mixed.

Wunderbar - mit dem \click/call and collect\ System kann man auch jetzt im \leidigen\ Lockdown Top-Material in großer Auswahl ganz einfach und \save\ gemäß den Schutzrichtlinien ausleihen. Thomas und Konni beraten telefonisch hervorragend und helfen bei: Wünschen, Körpergroße, Gewicht, Schuhgröße und noch ein paar Tips von den Profis \on top\. Dann einfach wie ausgemacht - kurz - abholen (FFP2 nicht vergessen). Starker Service.

Tolle Skischule, obwohl in den Ferien sehr viel los war. Meine beiden Kinder waren wieder hellauf begeistert. Klasse, freundliche und nette Skilehrer. Bitte weiter so.
