Placed in the same building with DB museum. In fact, I don't remember having seen any sign warning you're about to enter into another museum.Anyway,it's an interesting museum where you can see a lot of communication devices, from different period of time. Many of them are still working and you can test them, including some very big analog telephone switchboards, with scores of relays.

Very interesting museum. All in bilingual, with very comprehensive exhibition. You can easily spend hours there, because the exhibition is so intuitive. There is a corner for kids where they can spend a day there.

Excellent museum describing many aspects of communications. I was surprised because the museum is on the top floor of the DB transport museum so I was not expecting much, but the exhibits are very interesting and provocative. Historic telephones, computers, graphic design style, what is communications all about ...

This place deserves a whole afternoon, it's a fantastic way to spend a rainy day in Nuremberg. Take your children along or go alone, you'll have fun both ways. The exposition about communication in particular is way interactive and guaranteed to satisfy a few of your hidden desires, such as "I've always wanted to try and write with a goose quill pen once in my life".

Fantastic place for us older folks to reminisce and for the younger folks to gain context.

Fabulous museum of transport connected with the communications one. Really interesting, perfect for a rainy day (prepare to spend few hours here) Very nice and large playground for the kids at the end of the trail but it gets really quite hot in there. My recommendation would be to do go as the museum opens, do the playground first if you go with kids.
