For a long time I have been going from one doctor to another but I got no help which left me so broken.Either the doctors were too busy for me or they did not understand English as I don’t speak German. Yesterday I had my first appointment with Dr. Isabel Stoll. She was amazing from the word go. Very professional, attentive and Expressed her empathy towards what I felt, no other Doctor ever waited for me to finish expressing myself. The best thing about her, she adviced us what we could do next and even gave us options, we settled for a laparoscopy and she also gave us options where to go. I really felt calm and happy with the decision we made. I will see her again a week after surgery and I am so excited to see her again more than I am with the surgery. Dr. Stoll you are amazing . On the positive side, the guy who makes the appointments is really nice, patient and helpful. However, I wouldn't recommend this clinic. We got an appointment within 2 weeks. However, after filling out a huge form and sending them all our documents, we got a call 1 week before the appointment saying that our doctor was sick and that we had to wait one month for an appointment with another doctor. When we got there, there was a patient almost fainting in the waiting room and a nurse running around saying that another patient had puked. This was our first fertility appointment so our already nervousness increased. We then enter the doctors office and immediately afterwards she got a phone call saying that she needed to perform an emergency surgery. Instead of asking us to wait a bit outside while she did the surgery (I mean we had already waited 1,5 months), she rushed our appointment and had no patience for us and our questions. She talked with us in acronyms (icsi, ivf, pcos, etc) and we had no idea what she was talking about because it was our first appointment. She had no patience for our questions and told us we had to make a new appointment to clarify our questions. We assumed she meant that week but in the reception they told us it would take another month... Please note also that, even though their website has an English version, the doctor didn't speak English. We also made blood tests and in the results it says that the blood sample was not enough for accurate results, which made us also doubt the ability of the nurse. We decided to change to another clinic where they treat us like people, not like parts in a factory.
My advice is stay away from this clinic as far as possible, extremely expensive, they will charge you up to EUR 1000 for just few minutes of consultation, chatting with Doctor, no treatment, even before you make dicision for any treatment. Incredible the way they conduct business.
Had very bad experiences there!!! Highly not recommend there!!! Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional there!! Waste time , waste money , waste energy, and get a lot of angers there!!!

Wir können die Klinik nur weiterempfehlen. Wurden zu jeder Zeit super betreut und aufgeklärt. Bei Fragen wurden wir immer umgehend zurück gerufen. Unser Wunder ist jetzt 3 Monate und wir sind einfach nur Dankbar. Betreut wurden wir durch Herrn Dr. Noss. Nochmal vielen Dank für alles
Kann leider einigen Stimmen nur zustimmen: keine objektive Beratung und man hat das Gefühl, die Klinik möchte "nur verkaufen"....
