Great hospital with so nice stuff, nurses and doctors

I would like to thanks here all the stuff,who cared about me and helped to go through not an easy period. I’m only begginer in german and still most of people spoke English or Russian ( even Polish) with me, trying to help and understand the state of my health. This was the first experience in German clinic and all these people made it smooth and gentle! Thank you all

My wife has lost a lot of blood during period and was in great pain. When I we arrived ER and explained the symptom, a nurse simply told me that she is not in emergency and refused to accept her. I explained that she lost a lot of bood and that they should at least take her blood pressure. Instead, the nurse gave me a card with emegency phone number to call after 6pm. We were at ER at 2pm. I wonder how a nurse can determin urgency without even looking at the patient. And what kind of ER refuses a patient? Do not go to ER in this hospital if you treasure your life and the loved ones. Also, for non-German speaking people, you will find hard to communicate in English.

Excellent Hospital.Fabulous Nurses and staff and Superb Doctors.In this hospital you don't have to worry about delivery i.e child birth cases.You are in safe hands.

Ich habe vor kurzem dort unser 1 Kind entbunden und fühlte mich rundum gut betreut , unsere Hebammen waren beide absolut lieb und freundlich,sind auf meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen . Auch die Ärzte sind absolut kompetent, mir wurde alles genau erklärt was gemacht wird etc. Auch auf Station wurde ich so lieb betreut und die Schwestern waren alle super lieb

Riesiges Areal, sehr übersichtlich freundliche Angestellte .Allerdings auch sehr lange Wartezeiten.
