I wish there was option to give negative stars for rating. Never ever go to the Klinikum Großhadern for delivering baby. Doctors there are highly unprofessional and big liars. They do not know how to operate and do stitches after the delivery. I request you all to never go to this hosiptal if you want safety of your family.

Doctors seemed ok but the international patient office staff is complete rip-off and unprofessional. As a result, my overall impression and experience I considered very negative. On my first visit yesterday, they made me go to this so-called “international patient office (IPO)” to register. There, the queue is very long and had to wait almost an hour. the staff gave me many German language legal documents/agreements to sign without explaining anything. Then they asked me to pay what I thought was about 150 euros for hip replacement consultation. So trustingly and foolishly, I gave them my bank card to pay. The bill they wrote on agreement turned out to be about 413 euros. But to add insult to injury, I later found out they ran up about 750 euros on my bank card for simple consultation that lasted maybe half hour by mainly relatively junior orthopedic doctor assistant Fisher, and the main doctor muller spend maybe 10 minute with me. I asked the logic for the large bill and they say they know nothing and ask me to talk their admin assistants. The admin assistants were nice enough (particularly nicest is Miss Hussein) to explain that the IPO office probably took advanced money for consultation plus X-ray plus lab test though I only had consultation. Miss Hussein says I “probably” get reimbursed to my bank card in 3 months, but I don’t believe it because the IPO office did not have my bank details. So folks, caveat emptor! Be careful with Klinikum. You’ll probably get cheated. I probably won’t come back for surgery after this experience unless miraculously they reimburse me soon!

I heard that other hospitals are not doing such a clean job with a brain surgery that's why I came here. Thy did a really really good job which gave me already a more then two years longer live. Also the regular jeck because of the cancer is always all right. The main Prof who is looking for me always remembers me. In I9 a&b are most of the nurses really friendly and do a good job. I'll expect to get the chosen food. If not latest in the second day I'll expect to choose at least in the second day. Normally we are possible to avoid
