Elly Seidl is supposed to have very good pralines. But in fact it's mass-production pre-made ingredient chocolate for a way too high price (8,90 euro per 100g). It seems like they're mainly catering to the masses and put a price tag on the chocolate because of their name. Compared to many other pralines manufacturers I've tried in the past, it's the worst quality I got so far. They offer a big variety, staff was friendly and service was fast. But the price for the quality served is definitely not justifiable. Not recommended.

Chose the items I wanted went to the till to pay and waited and waited and waited for more than 15 minutes while the staff were serving other customers who were coming in after me. One staff member came to the till to serve a German woman standing next to me. I told her I was waiting and she replied I will be back and still went to serve another person that came way after I did. I don't know if it was because I did not speak the language but I felt humiliated especially since my family was waiting outside so I left the shop without the items.

Overpriced! The chocolates test nothing special compared to the chocolates sold in ordinary supermarkets.

My favorite chocolate shop in the world. The cinnamon - butter windmills are indescribably good. I wish I had one now...
