There was a scratch on the screen of my macbook pro, caused by space button located a bit higher than other buttons. Since they are apple authorized repair store, I thought it would be okay to repair it here. I explicitly mentioned that there is nothing wrong going on with the screen, but it is all about the keyboard and need to be fixed. They completely ignored my comment and changed the screen and not even touched the keyboard. After getting the macbook back, i have stated that it would happen again since there is nothing changed with keyboard. They were like \we repaired what was broken\. Guess what?! The scratch is back on the screen and I need to repair my macbook again.
