He is so professional, and I was in a time crunch and he was extremely prompt and helpful. He made sure everything was finished in time so I had no problems at registration. Overall it’s ok but two things to keep in mind. 1. Unlike USAA they won’t cover you with car rentals in the US or Europe. USAA will 2. If you get insurance with them you are locked into a year contract and can only break it if you ship the car or sell it. They are just OK.

The upside: The customer service isn't bad. If you are an American ex-pat they work with you in English. The downside: once you commit to them, you are obligated for 12 months. If you own a motorcycle that is over 10 yrs old, they offer liability only. This locks you in regardless of their inability to meet your needs. Good luck taking a liable party to German Court on your own. Most other available insurance agencies only insure a motorcycle with a car policy. If you think that you will want to insure with Mirascon, ensure that you have fact checked all your insurance needs before committing.
