Fantastic service! Even when I thought I was not covered for an oil leak, Mirascon called me and assured me I was. They let me know my rates would not change and they would cover the cost! There service is the best I have seen!
I want to say thank you to Dennis for taking care of me with my auto insurance. He is the consummate professional, knows all his customers, quick to take care of my insurance needs, and takes his time to always catch up and chat about what is going on with my family. Old school touch! Customer service should be like this everywhere.

I shopped around looking for insurance when I decided on Mirascon. I almost went over to USAA if I hadn’t had the pleasure of speaking with Dennis Peak. He made it a point to make me feel at home and was excellent at addressing any concerns I might’ve had and answered all of my questions. On top of all of this praise I would like to point out that, recently, Dennis had saved us a lot of time and money by recommending a close-by auto service shop after hearing about our current one was trying to scam us out of giving away our car. HUGE RELIEF!
Mirascon is about double what you would expect to pay with other companies like Geico/USAA, but I elected to go with them as they were local. After an accident, they struggled with basic communication. Their adjuster completely over stated the damage and cost of parts resulting in them totaling the car. (I'm an ASE certified body technician) after which I hired an independent adjuster which qouted the damage 1/3rd cheaper which would save the car from being totaled, AND save MIRASCON money! But they threw out the quote and stated that they were electing to go with their adjuster and totaled the car out without even telling me. If you're an American in the area, just go with USAA or similar.

Mirascon has been a great company to be insured with! Their representatives are very helpful and care personally about their customers. We especially benefitted from Rachael in the Spangdahlem offices. She’s awesome and super quick to respond and help her clients with anything they need. Mirascon also offered the best prices we could find.
