The Shop is good, convenient to find stuffs and the price is good. The Customer Service was not good. We had to wait long (15 Minutes) until a woman answering and she was not friendly and didn’t want to help us. She asked us to wait again and didn’t comeback. We could understand that it was almost out of her working time, however she could give us at least a few minutes for checking availability of stuffs after letting us wait for half an hour.

Placed a \Click&Collect\ - Order and payed for it. I got the Mail about my order being processed, but never recieved one where they told me to pick it up. Called the hotline - they were not able to help me and told me to wait. So I went there the next day (still no email). The IKEA Mannheim Team then told me that my order has been canceled, since I didn't pick it up at the assigned time. When I told them, that I wasn't informed about my order being ready, they were very rude and not ready to help me in any way. When I ordered the same things at IKEA Walldorf, everything went smoothly and without any technical difficulties.
Typical Ikea. Would be nice if they had some notification system to inform how many pieces are still available in the warehouse. It was disappointing to see some furniture sold out at the warehouse and we didn't want to go all the way back to look for an alternative.
General ikea experience, however the customer service was absolutely horrid. They packed the products wrong (can happen), and with missing parts (by another item) so I had to come back to replace the products. Inconvenient, but happens. But then we had to wait an hour for the replacement, and when I asked the customer representative if there was a problem, I was yelled at that I replaced one product and then another so it's my problem. Realy awful customer service, very unpleasant experience. I will try to do my shopping either on ikea online or avoid ikea altogether.
It's a good size and lots of parking spaces. One of the better designed shop layouts compared to others. Not so cramped nor so busy at peak hours.
