Perhaps not the best time to visit on a Cold foggy January weekend. We used the campervan car park. Facilities are very basic. There is a toilet next to the cafe, which is clean and well equipped. No disposal points for wast water or chemical disposal. Also no fresh water. Do NOT use the tap outside the house it is not drinking water. On the upside it is cheap, quiet and you can get excellent coffee and home made cake in the cafe. I expect in summer it is well visited and great location for children. Recommend to book in advance as there are only 5 pitches available.

Excellent cafe! Typical local German kind of hospitality if you know what I mean. Other than that, it's a wonderful place to take kids and have some good time with friends. Kids will entertain themselves with toy vehicles while you drink your decent pilsner and eat some tasty flammkuchen. For kids, I recommend spezial Flammkuchen with wieners and cheese (not written on the menu). There's also ice cream, coffee, sanpellegrino, and kuchen. There's a green backyard but there was a talk of ticks so we didn't risk it as we were traveling. So better ask them.
