High prices But the food & israeli snacks worth it :) Too much meat

3 (three times!) during the scanning process at the cashier items have been added to my total that were not there boosting up my total by 50% - once i confronted the owner, a very intransparent process of reimbursing of my money was initiated. Initially i really loved this place and was happy to support a kosher store in my neighborhood, but THIS is really not cool .... toda raba, but i need to find another place ...

Could be nice if you practice corona distancing rolls with your costumers and workers - bunch of kids hoped on me while I was trying to pay had to wait endless time while those kids are hoping on me. You could also be nicer - when I was looking for a product the cashier lady basically yelled at me "hey what are you looking for?" .

Really expensive and unprofitable. Too bad it's the prices they chose. It does not make sense that the prices are more expensive than Tel Aviv and New York !!! I am shocked We are in Berlin after all. It does not make sense and it is a pity

Surprisingly wide variety. Helpful service. Especially helpful when we were stuck with no open restaurants and needed a quick dinner. We went to KosherLife, bough two ready sandwiches and some snacks and they courteously allowed us to eat there.
